WATCH: Mississippi State radio announcer delivers excellent call on huge punt-return TD

The Mississippi State Bulldogs didn’t exactly have their best performance on Saturday, struggling to beat a now 2-7 UMass team in Starkville.
Indeed, the Bulldogs needed a late punt-return touchdown from Deddrick Thomas to seal the come-from-behind victory.
Fortunately, the Mississippi State announcer was ready with a great call for the punt-return touchdown, delivering the below call on the 83-yard score:

The important thing is that the Bulldogs are now 7-2 following the 34-23 win and should rise once again in the College Football Playoff rankings.
However, Saturday’s performance didn’t inspire much hope heading into this weekend’s game against the No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide.
Mississippi State will need to be a lot better next weekend if it wants to pull off one of the biggest upsets of the season.
