Amari Davis transferred to Mizzou from Green Bay ahead of the 2021-22 season after starring for the Phoenix.
But, after this past year in Columbia, Davis entered the transfer portal once again following the firing of coach Cuonzo Martin.
Now, Davis has chosen a new school. As you can see below, Davis announced via Twitter on Thursday that he was committing to Wright State for his senior season:
I want to thank all the coaches who reached out to me while i was in the portal. I also wanna thank my parents for being my side through this whole process. For my senior year I decided it’s time for me to come home. I am committing to Wright State University #ComingHome ?? pic.twitter.com/FJCByvs73s

Davis appeared in 32 games for the Tigers this past season, starting 13 of them. He averaged 9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists per contest.
How will he fare at Wright State? We’ll see if he can get back to his Green Bay form this coming season.
