LOOK: Fans take to social media about Missouri’s new helmets, uniform combination
Missouri decided to break out its Gold helmets for the first time in school history for their “gold rush” matchup against No. 2 Georgia.
The gold uniforms that went along with the helmets were pretty polarizing to say the least, and they got a lot of attention on social media.
Most fans were not very high on the alternate uniforms however, check out some the reactions on Twitter:

Missouri’s uniforms might be the ugliest things I’ve ever seen. It’s worse when 11 are together pic.twitter.com/8ArU0Emdgi

What matters is if the players like their new-look uniforms. If you look good, you feel good and then you usually play good. That extra swagger is definitely necessary if you want to take down the No. 2 team in the nation at home.
