College World Series 2023: Bracket, schedule and TV info for Thursday, June 22

LSU and Wake Forest will return to the diamond Thursday night to determine which team will meet Florida this weekend to play for the College World Series championship.
LSU staved off elimination for a second time, and now the Tigers are right where they expected to be all along.
Cade Beloso hit a go-ahead 3-run home run, Griffin Herring pitched 4 2/3 innings of shutout relief in his longest outing and LSU forced a second-bracket final with a 5-2 victory over No. 1 national seed Wake Forest on Wednesday night.
Earlier Wednesday, Florida continued its white-knuckle winning ways with a heart thumper against TCU. The Gators gave up the lead, then scored a go-ahead run, and then secured the final out at the warning track some 407 feet from home plate. And Mikey Henderson had an emotional reaction to making the catch.
Meanwhile, Connor O’Gara praised Jay Johnson’s pitching decision regarding Paul Skenes to put the Tigers in a seemingly strong position on Thursday night. Alex Hickey noted that Skenes is no ordinary pitcher. He is the boogeyman.
