The Tigers are once again bringing guys in, with the latest player committing to Missouri being Oklahoma transfer big man Luke Northweather.
This is a homecoming for Northweather, as he played his school basketball in Jefferson City. He played in 55 games for the Sooners over the past 2 seasons, averaging 2.4 PPG and 1.5 RPG. He has the ability to step out and hit the 3-point shot, as he hit 34.7% of his 3’s this season.
The transfer portal is open until April 22, so there are going to continue to be announcements for the next 2 weeks. Don’t be surprised if there are more players heading to Columbia after seeing how successful Missouri was last year.
