Transfer portal activity is ramping up quickly across the country now that championship weekend has come and gone.
The numbers for Monday’s entries alone are staggering.
247Sports is keeping close tabs on what’s happening with the portal each day and on Monday evening tweeted out the 5 programs that had seen the most players enter the portal throughout the day.
Topping the list was Virginia Tech with 11, and there were 2 SEC teams that were among the 5.
Texas A&M, which had a disastrous 5-7 season, has lost 10 players to the portal so far today, while Ole Miss was tied for 3rd with Clemson and Washington State.
Each of those programs has lost 9 players so far Monday.
