Alabama is always well-represented at the NFL Draft and 2025 will be no different.
Under Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide were always among the teams with the most players drafted. Even though it is the first NFL Draft with Kalen DeBoer as the coach in Tuscaloosa, there is still an expectation that multiple Alabama football players will go in the first round of the 2025 draft.
The NFL announced on Monday that Alabama will have 3 representatives at the draft: quarterback Jalen Milroe, linebacker Jihaad Campbell and Tyler Booker. Alabama will have more players than any other college program at the draft with a total of 17 players set to attend:
Booker and Campbell are looked at as sure-fire 1st round picks, but the Milroe choice is very interesting. Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders are considered the top 2 quarterbacks in the draft. Milroe is one of the more polarizing prospects, but he could still find his way into the first round of this draft.
The draft kicks off later this month, and outside of the assumption that Ward is going No. 1, there are a lot of unknowns on where players are going to be drafted.
Day 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft will begin on April 24.
