5 Ohio State football players given new cars as part of NIL deal with local dealership

Five members of the Ohio State football team, including starting quarterback C.J. Stroud and defensive end Zach Harrison, have cashed in with a new set of wheels as a result of their respective name, image, and likeness deals.
According to Eleven Warriors reporter Dan Hope, the players have partnered with Coughlin Chevrolet, a local dealership located in Pataskala, Ohio, right outside of Columbus. As a benefit, each player received a brand-new Chevrolet.
Along with Stroud and Harrison, 2 of the team’s other stars in defensive tackle Haskell Garrett and wide receiver Chris Olave, along with sophomore running back Miyan Williams, received vehicles.
It’s not quite Bo Nix and Tank Bigsby landing deals with Bojangles, but with many college students needing a set of wheels, this should do the trick nicely for now.
The Buckeyes open their season in Minneapolis next Thursday against Minnesota.
