5-star 2023 ATH Samuel M’Pemba has 6 SEC schools in his top 12

The 2023 recruiting cycle is in full swing, even though the 2022 cycle hasn’t signed with their chosen schools yet.
Still, the elite recruits are narrowing down their lists of top schools, and that’s what 5-star ATH Samuel M’Pemba did on Monday.
Per Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports, M’Pemba, a native of St. Louis who plays at IMG Academy, has 6 SEC programs — Mizzou, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, LSU and Texas A&M — in his top 12:

Those 6 SEC programs will compete with Miami, Michigan, Florida State, Penn State, Notre Dame and Oklahoma for M’Pemba’s services in 2023 and beyond.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, M’Pemba is the No. 14 overall player in the 2023 class, the No. 1 athlete and the No. 1 overall player from the state of Missouri.
