AD Mitchell jokes that Georgia’s practice field ceiling is the ceiling for the Bulldogs’ offense

We got a sense of what the Georgia Bulldogs will be able to do in 2022 in their season-opening shellacking of No. 11 Oregon.
First of all, props to the UGA defense, which lost multiple starters to the NFL in this past draft but still started the season by allowing just 3 points to the Ducks. The impressive nature of that feat can’t be understated.
Still, there’s also the Bulldogs’ offense to consider, which was straight-up humming in the opener. The Bulldogs put up 571 total yards of offense against Oregon en route to 49 points.
It was impressive, but was it a Week 1 aberration, or will the Bulldogs be this dominant every week?
Speaking to the media after the win and as the Bulldogs prepare for their Week 2 clash with Samford, wideout AD Mitchell thinks we should expect more of the same from UGA on offense.
Georgia wide receiver AD Mitchell was asked what the ceiling was for this offense.
Mitchell looked up at the ceiling in the Butts-Mehre building then said, “It’s up there.”

Butts-Mehre heritage hall is where UGA practices, and though it’s not the empire state building – it is worth noting that the practice field does have some high ceilings.
Look out, Samford. The Bulldogs are coming.
