Texas A&M has had a number of players advance to the highest level of competition in football.
Several of them were on the field recently during the kickoff to the NFL preseason for the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio.

From right to left: Jameeill Showers, Trevor Knight, Ricky Seals-Jones, Uzoma Nwachukwu, Brandon Williams, and Damontre Moore.
Showers backed up Ryan Tannehill in 2010. He went on to transfer to UTEP.
Knight started at quarterback for the Aggies last season. He led Texas A&M to a 8-5 record. As a senior, he threw for 19 TDs and over 2,400 yards.
Seals-Jones had over 1,400 receiving yards and 10 TDs during his career in College Station. Like Knight, he signed a free-agent deal with the Arizona Cardinals.
Nwachukwu finished his college career strong, as the school’s 6th all-time in receiving yards and 4th all-time in touchdown receptions. He helped the Cowboys defeat the Cardinals by scoring a touchdown in the Hall of Fame Game.
Williams played running back at Texas A&M. The Cardinals selected him with their 92nd overall pick in 2016 and converted him to cornerback.
Moore has played for three NFL teams before joining the Cowboys. He wrecked havoc his junior season at Texas A&M, collecting 12.5 sacks.
