AL.com releases hype video for the showdown between Alabama and LSU

AL.com‘s Justin King produced an outstanding trailer for the Alabama-LSU game Thursday, which provides highlights of both teams leading up to the latest installment of one of college football’s biggest rivalries.
The video features a powerful score and is introduced with the caption “This is the time to show the world what you’re capable off…This is the time to prove you are a champion.”
Fittingly, the rivalry has had major implications for both the SEC and national championship in recent years. Last season, both teams were vying for first place in the SEC West Division as undefeated LSU faced one-loss Alabama.
The Tide enters having won each of the last five head-to-head matchups between the two teams, dating back to its 21-0 victory in the 2012 BCS Championship Game. Alabama holds a 50-25-5 advantage against LSU all-time.
The Tigers’ last victory came during the 2011 regular season matchup in which they defeated the Tide, 9-6, in overtime at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Alabama-LSU will kickoff at 8:00 p.m. EST from Tiger Stadium.
