Alabama escapes The Swamp with narrow win over feisty Florida squad

Alabama entered Saturday’s game at No. 11 Florida as the top team in the country. The Crimson Tide looked like a buzzsaw in their first 2 games of the year, but The Swamp wasn’t an easy environment.
It wasn’t always pretty, but the Crimson Tide managed to escape with a narrow 31-29 victory in one of the best games of the young SEC season.
QB Bryce Young had some ups and downs, but he threw for 240 yards and 3 touchdowns in the game.
After the escape of Florida, fans and media had plenty of reaction on social media:
This is the look of a man that has won a long-standing argument with his wife. And he’s going to remind her (in this case his team) of just how right he’s been all along. https://t.co/9qsjp3lTk8

Nick Saban expresses desire for his team to improve, expertly avoids any execution jokes. Guy just doesn’t miss.

A missed extra point from Florida was the difference.
Gators failed to get the 2-point conversion. I need to send a fruit basket to the Reichard family.
Bless God for Will Reichard.

What say you?
Happy to get out alive?

A win that feels like a loss?
I know, I know. Both

We’ll see if Alabama can clean things up a bit and be an even stronger team moving forward. The Tide play Southern Miss next week.
