Alabama, Georgia have best odds to win national championship heading into Week 11
Georgia was the No. 1-ranked team in the first unveiling of the College Football Playoff standings but the Bulldogs don’t currently have the best odds of winning the national championship, according to the Westgate Las Vegas.
Instead, it’s No. 2-ranked Alabama with the best odds to win the national title, followed by Georgia.
Should the two meet in Atlanta as two undefeated teams and ranking No. 1 and No. 2 in the nation, would the loser still get into the College Football Playoff?
Updated national title odds @LVSuperBook:
Alabama -160
UGA 6/1
Clemson 6/1
Notre Dame 7/1
Oklahoma 10/1

Wisconsin 15/1

Georgia and Alabama are undefeated and will likely meet in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 2. If Alabama wins that matchup, both teams have a strong chance of still making the College Football Playoffs. But if Georgia wins, Alabama’s chance at playing for a national championship might be slim.
