Four-star running back BJ Emmons (Morganton, N.C.) committed to Alabama over Tennessee, according to 247Sports.com, following an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa Monday.

The one-time Georgia commit is rated as the country’s No. 3 overall running back and the state of North Carolina’s No. 4 overall prospect.
The 5-10, 232-pound Emmons becomes Alabama’s 18th commitment for the class of 2016.
