Alabama OT Evan Neal’s block pulverizes Miami pass rusher into the turf

Published:
Alabama left tackle Evan Neal is expected to be a high draft pick to the NFL when he reaches the spring. But in the mean time, he’s putting some punishing blocks on tape, including this one against Miami.
Neal, who is listed at 6-foot-7 and 350 pounds, came into this season with 26 career starts, including 13 at right tackle in 2020 and 13 at left guard in 2019.
Neal’s play has helped QB Bryce Young turn in a banner game thus far as the Crimson Tide are midway into a rout of Miami. Young was 20-for-29 passing for 295 yards and 4 touchdowns by 9:29 left in the third quarter.
