Via his personal Twitter account, Alabama sophomore receiver Daylon Charlot has announced his intention to transfer from the University of Alabama.

The pass-catcher was a former Under Armour All-American at Patterson High School in Louisiana. Ranked as the No. 59 prospect in the country by ESPN as a senior, he opted to sign with Alabama over LSU.
Charlot featured in five games for the Crimson Tide as a true freshman, accruing two catches for nine yards.
