Alabama wide receiver Kendrick Law will not play on Saturday vs. Vanderbilt due to an injury.

Law is listed as out on Alabama’s SEC-mandated availability report, which was updated on Friday evening. He suffered an injury in Alabama’s win over Georgia in Week 5, but is status for this game was previously uncertain.

Here’s a look at the full availability report for Alabama-Vanderbilt:

Law is a reserve wide receiver for the Crimson Tide who has more of a roll in their run game than he does in the pass game. Per PFF, Law has been on the field for 37 passing snaps so far in 2024. He has 2 catches for 41 yards and 1 touchdown on the season. His score came in the season-opener against Western Kentucky. Law also had a 19-yard reception in last week’s win over Georgia.

PFF also credits Law with 43 run blocking snaps this season. He has a run block grade of 66.7, which is the second-best mark amongst Alabama wide receivers entering Week 6.

It’s unclear how much time Law is set to miss with this injury, but Alabama will hope to have him back sooner rather than later. After facing Vanderbilt on Saturday, the Tide will turn their attention to South Carolina in Week 7.
