Amari Jefferson, 4-star 2024 ATH out of Tennessee, announces SEC commitment

Amari Jefferson was set on playing in the SEC. On Saturday, the blue-chip prospect committed to Alabama.

Jefferson had hats on the table for Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia when he verbally pledged to the Crimson Tide.

From Chattanooga, Tennessee, Jefferson is listed as measuring 6-feet, 195 pounds. The Baylor School standout is rated 4-stars, the No. 3 recruit in the state of Tennessee, No. 16 ATH and No. 209 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Jefferson had been committed to Tennessee baseball since June 2021. He plans to be a 2-sport athlete at UA.
