Carter will join host Rece Davis and analysts Seth Greenberg, Jay Bilas, and Jay Williams as a permanent fixture on the show.
Carter holds the distinction of being one of the last players recruited by the late great Pat Summitt. Carter averaged 6.4 points per game for the Lady Vols and finished her college career with 199 steals.
The lineup shakeup comes after LaPhonso Ellis was a part of ESPN’s widely-publicized layoffs earlier this year. Elle Duncan, Rebecca Lobo, Carolyn Peck, and Holly Rowe make up the team of women’s analysts. Carter was a part of this team before this season, but will now be a full-time men’s analyst.
