Anthony Schwartz believes he could outrun Deion Sanders in his prime

Anthony Schwartz is fast. Everyone, especially Texas A&M, knows this.
But exactly how fast is the Auburn wide receiver? If you believe him, he’s faster than he has even showed this season.
Schwartz took an end-around for a 57-yard touchdown run against the Aggies on Saturday, outracing each defensive player in a sight that was hard to believe. Even Deion Sanders, the NFL Hall of Fame cornerback and dual-sport athlete, tweeted about how fast the Tigers’ player was.
According to Schwartz, he is faster than Primetime.

That is scary news for opposing defenses if Schwartz is not even running at 100% right now. His speed has become a legend in just his second season at Auburn. Representing the USA at the World U20 Championships in 2018, Schwartz finished second in the 100 meter and collected gold with the American team in the 4×100 relay.
So, the question is, if he wants to be like Sanders and do multiple sports — Schwartz also runs track at Auburn –, would he rather compete in a Super Bowl or on the Olympic stage.
“I won’t fully answer that question, but I will say that I’d rather be in the Olympics than the Super Bowl,” Schwartz said.
With the 2020 Summer Olympics less than a year away, let’s hope we see Schwartz compete against the best of the best.
