Arch Manning playfully trolls Mississippi State; Uncle Eli weighs in on Twitter

One of the biggest names in the 2023 recruiting class is 5-star QB Arch Manning. He’s the grandson of Archie Manning, son of Cooper Manning and nephew of Eli and Peyton Manning.

This week, he took his official visit to Ole Miss, where Eli and Archie went on to become huge stars.

Thus, it was a bit of a surprise when a video surfaced of him saying he was going to commit to rival Mississippi State:

“I think I’ve decided I’m 100% going to Mississippi State,” Arch says in the video.

Obviously, with the smile at the end, it’s clear Arch is just having some fun and playfully trolling Ole Miss’s biggest rivals.

However, Uncle Eli quickly took to Twitter to make sure everyone knew it was “Fake News” that Arch was committing to Mississippi State:

Arch is preparing for his junior year of high school, so he still has time to make his decision. One thing seems clear, though — his family probably won’t let him go to Mississippi State. Sorry, Bulldogs!
