- Running back Kody Walker suffered what appears to be a thumb injury and left the game. He accounted for 17 rushing yards while he was in the game.
- Linebacker Josh Williams seems to have injured his leg and also left the game. He had 1 solo tackle and 7 total tackles on the afternoon.
- Safety Josh Liddell left the game with an apparent knee injury. Liddell had 2 solo tackles and 6 total while he was in the game.
- Offensive left tackle Denver Kirkland went down cradling his arm late in the fourth quarter.
- Lastly, receiver Eric Hawkins suffered what looked like the most serious injury of the game on a 22-yard kickoff return late in the fourth quarter. An injury timeout was taken for him and he was carted off the field.
- Coach Bret Bielema revealed that running back Alex Collins hadn’t been to all practices which took place this past week due to an infection that caused an emergency room visit on Wednesday. Collins, of course, did play in today’s game, but his effectiveness was low.
During the post-game press conference, Bret Bielema stated that he did not have much information on the extent of his players’ injuries. The only comment he had was about Hawkins, that the receiver was able to move his extremities and was also complaining of a hurt stomach.
