Arkansas will lose one of its defensive pieces this offseason.
Khari Johnson announced on Twitter Tuesday that he will enter the transfer portal following Arkansas’s disappointing 6-6 season.
“The U of A will always have a special place in my heart,” he said in the post.
The junior defensive back had a solid season, picking up 25 total tackles — 10 solo tackles and 15 assists — on the year.
The Razorbacks came into the season with high hopes and expectations. They won their first 3 games, but then the season went downhill starting with a loss to Texas A&M. Arkansas closed out the season picking up a big win against Ole Miss, but followed it up with a disappointing loss to Missouri.
