An arrest warrant for former Auburn running back Tre Mason has been withdrawn, according to a report from the Palm Beach Post.

The warrant stems from a missed court appearance, but Mason’s attorney filed a motion claiming that the running back missed the hearing because was was “hospitalized for necessary medical treatment.”

Now with the Los Angeles’ Rams, Mason was originally arrested in March for going 75 mph in a 35-mph zone in Hollywood.

Mason’s family has been concerned with his mental well being, and his mother recently claimed, “He’s 22 in a 10-year-old’s mindset right now” because of head injuries sustained while playing football.
