The Auburn Tigers reinstated assistant coach Ira Bowman on Saturday after he’d been suspended for the past three months.
Bowman was suspended while Auburn investigated allegations of bribery made against him stemming from his time as an assistant at Penn.
However, it appears the Tigers found no wrong-doing on Bowman’s part, and after the decision to reinstate him became public, the university released the following statement:
“After a thorough review of all available facts and information, Ira Bowman has fully resumed his role and responsibilities with the Auburn men’s basketball program,” Auburn said in a statement. Doesn't say what those facts were that they reviewed.

Bowman is currently taking part in Auburn’s Big Cat Weekend, one of the school’s biggest recruiting events of the year, so his reinstatement was fortunate timing.
It appears Auburn’s investigation into the matter is over, so Bowman should be doing his job as normal for the rest of the offseason.
