This fall, like every fall, colleges and universities have commercials lined that will appear during their football broadcasts. These institutional promos mix beautiful scenic shots of campuses, students in classrooms, a legendary alum and a crowd cheering during an athletic event.
Auburn has incorporated some of those elements for their 2014 commercial. Yet the theme for the spot comes from one of the greatest triumphs in the school’s football history – last year’s Iron Bowl victory.
Stan White, the former Auburn quarterback and now analyst for Auburn IMG Radio Network, was Auburn’s May 2014 commencement speaker. White encouraged the graduates to take what they have learned at Auburn and when their opportunity comes, if that opportunity is just one second, they’ll be prepared.
Coincidently, Chris Davis, the Iron Bowl star, received his diploma during the commencement ceremony.
