Auburn currently has three recruits committed within its 2018 class — although that number may be increasing soon by one.
According to Rivals.com senior editor Jeffrey Lee, the Tigers may soon be earning the commitment from 2018 prospect Jalil Irvin:

Irvin — a 4-star prospect out of Georgia — has offers from the likes of Auburn, Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, Arkansas, Oregon, and UCLA, among others.
At 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, the offensive guard is an agile athlete with the ability to block in space. He’s at his best when getting to the second level — whilst punishing defenders in the process.

Landing Irvin would be a big coup for Gus Malzahn and the Tigers. Based upon the prospect’s skill set, he seems like a good fit for the run-heavy offensive scheme.
