Unless this CBS affiliate from Alabama knows exactly how the Auburn basketball team was greeted upon their return to school, they made a hilarious mistake live on air this weekend.
CBS 42, which serves central Alabama including Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, had a minor miscue that’s burning up social media on Monday. The station ran a banner reading “AUBURN WINS SEX TOURNAMENT” after the team’s 84-64 win over Tennessee on Sunday in the 2019 SEC Championship game.
