Austin Peay head coach Will Healy has led a remarkable turnaround with his football team this season.
Healy took over a Governors program that had won just one game in the past four seasons, and took them to a positive record in Year 1.
Austin Peay is currently 7-4 and has won four of its past five games. It really has been one of the most incredible turnarounds in all of football this year.
Healy wanted to be sure to thank his senior players for the effort they put in over the off-season and throughout the football season, which helped him turn things around.
So, on Friday, he put together 30-second videos for each of the seniors on the team. They all included a personal message, as well, as pointed out in a Football Scoop article.
Below is an example of one of Healy’s video tributes. You can see all of them here on his Twitter timeline.
Nico: You’ve established a tone of consistency that others model, and that’s meant so much to our football team and what’s happened around here. Proud of you! @AustinPeayFB @BigNic75 #MissionPossible pic.twitter.com/AA1piM3v2U
