Billy Napier is on fire, folks.
Florida’s head coach has strung a few wins together over ranked opponents, and now he’s stringing together some commitment flips. Shortly after landing former USC commit Ty Jackson Monday morning, the Gators saw former Cincinnati commit Jahari Medlock and former Arizona commit Muizz Tounkara pledge their intentions to go to Florida next season.
BREAKING: Atlanta-based OT Jahari Medlock has flipped his commitment to the #Gators.
The strong Monday continues for #UF.

Both Tounkara and Medlock are 3-star prospects, with Tounkara considered to be the No. 838 overall prospect in the country and No. 92 WR while Medlock is the No. 742 overall prospect and the No. 56 overall offensive tackle.
Florida’s 2025 class is coming together fairly well. The Gators have scored 5 commitments from 4-star prospects and currently own the No. 18 recruiting class in the cycle according to 247Sports.
On the field, Florida is doing better than anticipated. The Gators have faced one of the toughest schedules in the sport this season, and they’re still going bowling with 2 wins over ranked opponents. Florida also played Tennessee down to the wire in Knoxville and has a chance to finish the season 8-5 with a win over Florida State. And of course, a bowl win.
The Gators and Seminoles face off at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2 this Saturday.
