Bret Bielema commented on the Arkansas professor who was arrested after yelling obscenities at him following Saturday’s 49-30 loss to Alabama during his weekly press conference Monday.

Bielema said he has not heard from the professor, but was impressed he pronounced his last name properly.

Lawton Nalley, 37, was escorted out of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in handcuffs and arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, according to 247Sports.com.

Multiple Twitter users claimed Nalley told Bielema, “If I had your record I’d be f–king fired. F–k you,” while the coach walked off the field, according to ArkansasMatters.com.

It was later revealed that Nalley is an associate professor in the university’s agriculture program.

There is no update on Nalley’s current status with the university since his arrest.
