Brock Purdy somehow makes an assist on his own pick-6 in the Cheez-It Bowl

The Cheez-It Bowl struggled to find offense for much of the game, and then the second half arrived and Clemson grabbed some momentum.
One of the wildest plays came late in the third quarter when Iowa State QB Brock Purdy had his pass deflected near the line of scrimmage, and then in an attempt to knock it down, Purdy actually batted the ball to Clemson’s Mario Goodrich.
Goodrich gladly accepted, and returned the interception 18 yards for a touchdown to give the Tigers a 20-3 lead, and busted the game wide open.
It helped Clemson score 14 points in the third quarter after it led just 6-3 at halftime.
