Browns teammates Nick Chubb, Baker Mayfield announce ‘truce’ over Rose Bowl

Cleveland Browns management made Baker Mayfield and Nick Chubb room together during rookie minicamp, much to Mayfield’s dismay.
In fact, because of the Rose Bowl outcome, Mayfield called it a “sick joke” that he had to room with Chubb, especially while the loss was still so fresh. Chubb’s Bulldogs beat Mayfield’s Sooners 54-48 in an epic double overtime clash.
Thankfully, the duo announced a “truce,” but let’s get serious. Chubb had to have mentioned it to Mayfield at some point. That’s what teammates do, they laugh and joke with one another. And Chubb will always have bragging rights over Mayfield.
Still, it will be very entertaining to see these two suit up for the Browns.
