The Bryan Harsin era at Auburn begins Saturday as the Tigers host Akron at home.

Fans are always excited to see what the team looks like under a new head coach. Harsin recently warned to “be careful” of expectations heading into Game 1 of the new era on The Plains.

“You have got to be careful about the expectations going into a game,” Harsin said on the show, per 247Sports. “It’s really just about us, it’s just about our execution. Who knows? With Akron, we have seen some of the transfers and some of the players they have lost, and there are probably new faces in there. We have no idea of what they are capable of doing. There is a lot of unknown in that first game. Our guys better be ready.”

Harsin has a 76-24 record as a head coach heading into Saturday’s game. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT, with the game streaming on SEC Network+ and ESPN+.
