Bryce Young is a hot commodity when it comes to the NFL trade market.
The quarterback is not up for grabs according to the report from NFL insider Adam Schefter, but there are a number of squads interested in him if the Carolina Panthers ever do choose to put him on the market.
“Several teams have expressed an interest in trading for Bryce Young, despite the fact that coach Dave Canales said the Carolina Panthers do not intend to trade the former No. 1 overall pick, league sources told ESPN,” Schefter posted on X.
Young was recently benched for poor performance in favor of Andy Dalton as the Panthers are 0-2, but it doesn’t appear Carolina is in any mindset to move on from him for the time being. Several of his teammates and those around him have expressed optimism surrounding Young.
“Watching him practice today, the throws he was making, his confidence — you know he can do this at a high level,” wide receiver Adam Thielen said. “”Sometimes it’s not all that bad to just take a step back and breathe.”
