Bud Light promotion offering fans Super Bowl tickets for life with Wonka-like golden cans

Millions of people enjoy both the NFL and the cracking open of a refreshing Bud Light can.

Based upon a special Super Bowl promotion, one lucky fan may be enjoying these delights to an even bigger degree.

Anheuser-Busch — the NFL’s official beer sponsor — is introducing a limited-edition “Strike Gold” promotion in correspondence with the Super Bowl.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Bud Light customers who find Super Bowl 51 cans are eligible to win tickets to attend the Super Bowl each year the rest of the life, up to 51 years.

There will be 37,000 gold 12-ounce cans available during this promotion — which will run from Nov. 28 – Jan. 13. Consumers can win prizes by posting photos on social media with the gold can and special hashtags, found on BudLight.com.

While Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory was designed for children, this specific contest will likely draw the interest of many adults.
