Auburn walk-on WR Carson Griffis transferring to Columbia University

Auburn walk-on WR Carson Griffis announced he was transferring to Columbia University Thursday afternoon on Twitter.
The 5-foot-10, 170-pound receiver signed with the Tigers in 2016 recruiting class as a preferred walk-on, and he redshirted during his first year. The Homewood, Alabama, native accounted for over 6,100 yards and 60 touchdowns passing and rushing during his high school career as a quarterback.
He released the following statement on his Twitter account:
A graduate of the University of Florida and founder of Saturday Down South, Kevin is a college football enthusiast.
