Cayden Green is heading to the “Show Me State” after spending 1 season with Oklahoma.

Green made 5 starts at left guard and started on the offensive line in the last 4 games of the regular season for the Sooners. He played in 11 games altogether for Oklahoma this year.

The former Sooner offensive lineman has some connections to Missouri. He was a former 4-star OL out of Lee Summit’s North for high school. The 247Sports Composite ranked Green as the No. 10 OT and No. 3 Missouri prospect in the 2023 class. He comes in at a whopping 6-foot-5, 316 pounds.

Plenty of schools from around the country competed for him as a recruit. SEC programs like LSU, Missouri, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas A&M all gave him offers.

Eli Drinkwitz will look to bolster his offensive line in Columbia with Green. The Tigers averaged the 5th-most yards per game this season in the SEC (442.9 ypg).

This could end up being a huge transfer addition for Missouri.
