CFB expert Phil Steele Twitter Q&A: Tennessee’s title chances, East darkhorse, LSU-Wisconsin prediction
College football expect Phil Steele held his long-awaited Twitter question-and-answer session Friday afternoon, and of course, some SEC-related items were addressed.
Among the topics covered were Tennessee’s chances to win a national championship, Steele’s choice as the SEC East’s sleeper team and his thoughts on LSU-Wisconsin.
Steele has predicted before that he thinks both Alabama and LSU get into the College Football Playoff (he explains how here); so, naturally, Tennessee would have to win the SEC Championship in his mind to make it.
Go 11-1 win the East and win the SEC Title game and they are talented enough and at that point confident enough to do it.

Steele thinks that outside of the SEC East’s big three teams — Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, Missouri could be the biggest sleeper in the division.
Taking out Tennessee, Georgia and Florida (3 contenders), I will go with Missouri they have the defense & have done it before

Steele also offered a prediction of a 10-point win for the Tigers in the LSU-Wisconsin game:
LSU does have Aranda who knows the Badgers personnel and LSU has the talent edge. I like the Tigers by about 10.
