Following his playing career in the trenches at Auburn, Cubelic can now be seen and heard as a sideline reporter on Saturdays in the fall. His brand of analysis goes well beyond the scope of the skill-position players.
Cubelic was kind enough to spend some with with us Monday at the Wynfrey Hotel to talk about what RPOs have done to line play, if Alabama’s Cam Robinson deserved to win the Outland Trophy last season — plus who should and shouldn’t be voting for such an award — and what he expects on The Plains in 2017.
