Colin Cowherd shares pick for Alabama-Georgia College Football Playoff National Championship

Colin Cowherd is sticking with Alabama in Monday night’s College Football Playoff National Championship. Georgia is the betting favorite to win the rematch of this year’s SEC Championship Game, but that’s not stopping Cowherd from predicting Nick Saban gets a fifth win over Kirby Smart.
Cowherd doesn’t think the Bulldogs can keep up with Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young.
“There is in fact no proof that Georgia can be competitive against Alabama. I’m going to put it out there. I’m taking Bryce Young and Nick Saban.”

Alabama defeated Georgia 41-24 in the SEC Championship Game. Since then, however, UGA defeated No. 2 Michigan 34-11 in the Orange Bowl while the Crimson Tide defeated No. 4 Cincinnati 27-6 in the Cotton Bowl. Alabama starting receiver John Metchie won’t be available for the rematch after injuring his ACL against the Dawgs last month.
