College football all-name team member Decoldest Crawford lands uniquely fitting NIL deal

In the NIL landscape, a player’s name can open up a unique opportunity. That’s already the case with one of Nebraska’s freshmen wide receivers.
Decoldest Crawford has already secured a unique NIL deal before playing his first game with the Cornhuskers. A Nebraska HVAC company jumped at the opportunity to be promoted by Decoldest.

A Shreveport, Louisiana native, Crawford was a 3-star prospect out of Green Oaks High School in the class of 2022. On Oct. 28, 2019, Crawford pledged to LSU. In December 2021, Nebraska hired former LSU wide receivers coach Mickey Joseph. The Huskers extended a scholarship offer to Crawford on Dec. 7 and he decommitted from the Tigers. Crawford committed and signed with Nebraska on Dec. 17 during the Early Signing Period.
Crawford picked up 16 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He also considered Auburn, Florida and Texas before signing with Nebraska.
