College football fans impressed by Tennessee’s dominant first half against South Carolina

Tennessee couldn’t have gotten off to a much better start on Saturday afternoon at Neyland Stadium.

The Vols scored 4 first-quarter touchdowns — all of which came courtesy of redshirt senior quarterback Hendon Hooker — while getting off to a dominant start against South Carolina. Hooker threw 3 TD passes and ran for another, as Tennessee went on to have a 38-7 lead at the half.

On the other side, the Vols’ defense forced a pair of turnovers, as the Gamecocks struggled while trying to stay in the game. It seems like Tennessee is well on its way to its first winning streak of the year.
