We love college football because every single Saturday, you are guaranteed to see something that makes you go, wow.
Generally, it was an incredible play on the field, or maybe a questionable decision that doesn’t seem to make sense. Usually, it is something that occurs during the game, but that wasn’t the case on Saturday in Lubbock.
The Texas Tech Red Raiders are getting ready to face the Kansas State Wildcats, but there was a highlight catch before the game even started. Defensive back Tyler Owens caught a live bird during warmups.

If you’re a Red Raiders fan, you are hoping this is the first of many big catches tonight. On the field, the Red Raiders seem to have gotten things turned around, winning their last 2 games by at least 21 points. The Wildcats, on the other hand, are coming off a loss at Oklahoma State last Friday night.
K-State got the ball first in this game, and drove down the field for a 3-0 lead. The game is currently being aired on Fox Sports 1.
