College GameDay reveals celebrity guest picker ahead of Saturday’s show

College GameDay will be live from Oregon at Utah on Saturday, and Pat McAfee on his show Friday afternoon revealed the celebrity guest picker.
After an extended segment on the show with former Utah standout Steve Smith, McAfee revealed that Smith would fill that role on Saturday’s show.
“I think we can make a big announcement,” McAfee said, “Celebrity guest picker tomorrow on College GameDay.”
The announcement brought a big reaction from the crowd on hand for the show.
“C’mon Steve, that’s going to be awesome, I got so excited when I heard about that,” McAfee said. “Obviously we’ve had incredible guest pickers all season. But with you coming on, I have a feeling you’re going to go clean slate. I think you’re picking perfect tomorrow on the whole board. With that big brain in this great state, hell yeah Steve, I think you’re going to go perfect tomorrow, I think it’s a historic day in Utah tomorrow.”
It’s a top-15 showdown as both teams come in 6-1, as Oregon is ranked No. 8 and Utah is No. 13.
