Comments Section: Readers divided on revolving door at quarterback

It’s very difficult to keep up with all the quarterbacks transferring in and out of the SEC lately.
The latest to exit stage left is Elijah Staley, who was in the mix to take over for Dak Prescott as the starter at Mississippi State. With Nick Fitzgerald possibly separating himself, Staley ejected.
Incredibly, eight QBs who started games in the best conference in America last year have jumped ship — and eligibility has nothing to do with it. With only so many starting positions out there, too many signal callers are hungry for playing time and unwilling to wait for their chance.
A lot of readers believe these players should be able to go anywhere they want if there’s a better opportunity to get on the field elsewhere. Others would like to see them stick it out and compete.
