We just wrapped up the last week of the SEC regular season with rivalry week. The home teams were able to showcase their football programs to some of the nation’s top recruits.
Let’s take a look at which coveted SEC recruits made visits this weekend:
DT Derrick Brown, Lanier H.S., Buford, Ga. Many believe that Brown is a slam dunk to stay close to home and commit to Georgia, but he has yet to announce a decision. Saturday, he visited Mississippi State for the Egg Bowl.

DT Rashan Gary, Paramus Catholic H.S., Paramus, N.J. 247 Sports has Gary as the No. 1 overall prospect in the nation. Michigan looks like the clear frontrunner to land him, but yesterday he was on hand at the Iron Bowl for an official visit with Auburn. It looks like Auburn pulled out the full court press, introducing him to Charles Barkley.
