Brent Musburger and Jesse Palmer called the biggest SEC matchup in Week 12: Florida at LSU. And as the Tigers were driving for a potential go-ahead touchdown, the SEC Network play-by-play man was trying explain the rationale behind how LSU interim coach Ed Orgeron was using the clock.

When the Tigers failed to score on an ill-fated handoff to Derrius Guice, the Gators were SEC East champs. LSU fans were upset with two things — the result and with what Musburger had to say leading up to it:

Verne makes some fans cry Uncle

Meanwhile, some tweeters didn’t stop with taking shots at Musburger. They decided to link him with Verne Lundquist, who worked the Missouri-Tennessee game with longtime CBS broadcast partner Gary Danielson:

Viewers don’t particularly care for Ware

Andre Ware shared the call of last Saturday night’s Ole Miss-Vanderbilt game with Tom Hart on SEC Network. We’re not sure what was worse: the Rebels’ performance in their 38-17 loss or how their fans felt about Ware’s analysis:
