Last week’s Georgia-Kentucky game was a huge SEC East matchup. It even ended in dramatic fashion with Rodrigo Blankenship kicking a game-ending field goal to lift the Bulldogs to a 27-24 victory.

Try telling that to Brent Musburger, who called the game with Jesse Palmer on SEC Network. Based on some tweets, it seems as if the longtime play-by-play man had other things/teams on his mind Saturday night:

LSU fans take digs at Danielson

Gary Danielson worked last Saturday night’s mega matchup between LSU and Alabama along with CBS play-by-play partner Verne Lundquist. As if the Crimson’s Tide’s 10-0 victory wasn’t enough for some Tigers fans, some others felt Danielson’s commentary was decidedly pro-Bama:

Ware’s love for Bentley drives viewers crazy

Andre Ware served as the color commentator for last week’s Missouri-South Carolina game. And while Jake Bentley had a solid game, throwing for 254 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Gamecocks beat the Tigers, 31-21, it sounded as if Ware was really impressed with the freshman QB’s performance:

Auburn fans don’t think ESPN voices are dandy in Vandy game

Mike Patrick and Ed Cunningham called last Saturday’s Vanderbilt-Auburn game on ESPN. And even though the Tigers held on to win, 23-16, AU fans – who may have been cranky about their team’s performance/Kamryn Pettway’s injury, teed off on the duo via Twitter.
